Mango-lime pops

That’s the most exotic and refreshing ice pop  you can make! You will need just 3 ingredients! It’ sugar-free, gluten free and vegan and it has only 50kcal!

Mango, except its lovely texture, has so many benefits

  • High in antioxidants beta-caroten and lycopene
  • High in vitamins C an B complex
  • Has a relatively low glycemic index compared to other fruits

But when mango met lime, the result was stunning! So, I made a lime sauce with matcha tea and coconut milk. You could make also a different sauce, or put the pops in seeds or coconut flakes. It’s up to you!

Mango-lime pops

Ingredients

  • 1 mango ripe
  • 1 lime juice
  • 2 tbsp stevia or sweetener of your choice

lime sauce

  • 1 lime juice and zest
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp matcha
  • 1 tbsp stevia

Instructions

  1. We put in the blender the ingredients for the ice pops until the texture is smooth

  2. We put the mixture in molds and leave in the fridge for at least 6 hours

Lime sauce

  1. You put together the ingredients and pour it on the pops

Instead of mango you can choose every other fruit
